About Seller Vouchers
Craft your own vouchers and promotions with Seller Vouchers. Create flexible vouchers based on your marketing campaign:
  1. Have vouchers applied to your customers’ shipping and transaction fees, or their total order amount.
  2. Choose between a fixed amount or % discount.
  3. Control your spend per order by applying a max discount amount.
  4. Avoid overspending by setting a max usage for your vouchers.

Creating a voucher
To create a voucher, tap Create Voucher on the My Vouchers screen and follow the steps below:




Field
Description
Promo name
The name of the promotion you want to run. You may name this however you want for your reference.
Voucher Code
The voucher code that you or your buyers will need to type in to be able to redeem a voucher.
Start date & time
When your promotion starts, in Philippine time.
End date & time
When your promotion ends, in Philippine time.
Discount type
You can choose to either offer a fixed amount discount or a % off applicable amounts.

Discount applied to
You may choose to have your discounts applied to:
Shipping fees only
Transaction fees only
Shipping and transaction fees only
Total order amount, including shipping and transaction fees

Minimum spend
Indicate how much the order needs to be to be able to redeem the voucher, in Philippine pesos.
Maximum usage
Indicate how many times your voucher can be redeemed.

1 voucher is considered used if an order is created with that voucher redeemed, regardless of order status. This means that if your order with a voucher was canceled, it still counts as 1 used voucher.

In case you want to offer more vouchers, you may edit the voucher details and increase its maximum usage.
For new buyers only
In case you want to run a promo for first-time buyers, you may tick this checkbox to have the voucher applicable to first-time buyers only.

Notes
Once a voucher is active, only the maximum number of uses and the validity period can be edited. To change other details—such as the voucher code, discount type, or minimum spend—it is recommended to create a new voucher instead. For assistance, you may email us at hi@enstack.com.
