Can I offer my own shipping on my Web Store?

Aside from offering Buyer Pickup, Integrated Same Day Shipping, and Integrated Standard Shipping on your Web Store, you can also opt to offering your own delivery, if applicable.

You can turn on and set your own flat shipping fee for customers to select. That shipping fee will be added to their order total and will be remitted back to you on the next valid payout day after that order is delivered.

You will have to tag the orders as "Delivered" manually.

To turn on Own Shipping, Tap Shipping from your Home Screen and follow these steps:

When turned on, customers will be able to see the option to choose “Seller Own Shipping” with your shipping fee applied.

If turned on, it will always be available for customers to choose from, regardless of where their delivery address is.
