Can I receive orders at any time, even outside my business hours?
It’s important to set your business hours on Enstack so that buyers know what time your store is open. If you do not want to miss any sales, however, you can accept orders 24/7 on Enstack.
To do so, go to Online Stores settings, scroll down to the Business Hours section, and turn on the toggle displayed here.
Don’t forget to tap Save to effect your changes.
This setting will affect both your Web Store and Chat Store, if turned on.
