Can I send customers confirmation of their orders?
Enstack will send an email, if available, to your customer for every order that is confirmed.
To confirm an order, your customer simply has to:
- Pay for their order successfully for non-cash orders
- All COD orders
This confirmation email will contain all the details of their order for their reference, including:
- Tracking link for Integrated Shipping orders
- Item/s ordered
- Order totals
- Order notes, if any
- Customer Details
