Can I use my own invoice sequence numbers?
It may be useful to include invoice sequence numbers to your invoices, like:
- Using the numbers to match your packages to your orders
- Using the numbers for buyers to pick their orders up
- End of day reconciliation of your official receipts with your invoices
Invoice Sequence Numbers can be easier to remember than order IDs since you can create your own numbering convention.
With Enstack, you can customize your own invoice sequence numbers which will get generated automatically when an order is tagged as Delivered.
If an order has not yet been Delivered, no invoice number will be generated yet.
