Enstack List of Fees

Starting May 2, the following fees for delivered orders will be rounded up to the nearest peso:

  • Standard Shipping Saver Fee 
  • Return to Sender Fee
  • Overcharge Shipping Fee 
  • Merchant Service Fee 
  • Subscription Fee 
  • Early Withdrawal Fee 
  • Consolidated SOA Service Fee 
  • Change of URL Service Fee 
  • Mass upload Service Fee
Sample computation:
✅ Scenario 1: Order paid via Buy Now, Pay Later
     ● Net Sales of delivered order (paid via GGives): ₱675
     ● Merchant Service Fee: 1.5% x ₱675 = ₱10.125
     ● Merchant Service Fee charged (rounded up):  ₱11
The table below outlines fees based on transaction type. Note that not all fees apply to every merchant.

Overcharge Shipping Fee
Additional fee charged to the merchant when the actual shipping cost billed by the courier exceeds the amount collected at checkout. This discrepancy is due to differences between the declared and actual weight or volume of the package

Fee charged to merchants for transactions made using Buy Now, Pay Later (GGives/BillEase), GCash (when GGives is enabled), and international credit cards

Early Withdrawal Fee
Fee charged to merchants subscribed to Next-Day Withdrawal, which allows payouts on the next business day instead of the standard remittance days (Tuesdays and Fridays)

For merchants who need a single SOA that covers two or more payouts. Deducted on the next payout. Note: The SOA on the app for automated withdrawals will remain free of charge

  • 1% protection fee - orders Php20k - Php50k

*Merchant must activate LBC to ship orders above Php50k. Sign up for LBC Shipping here

Valuation Fee 
Shipping insurance fee charged to merchants, applied to all Standard Shipping orders. 

As of Sep 18 2025, the Valuation fee will be charged to merchants instead of buyers.
