Early Withdrawal Fee

Fee charged to sellers subscribed to Next-Day Withdrawal, which allows payouts on the next business day instead of the standard withdrawal days (Tuesdays and Fridays)

(min ₱200 per withdrawal)


Premium Protection Fee 

100% insurance for standard shipping orders above Php30k. 


1% of Net Item Price
for orders ₱30k - 50k*


2% of Net Item Price
for orders ₱50k above
 

*Sellers can only ship standard shipping orders ₱30k above via LBC. Sign up for LBC Shipping here 

Overcharge Shipping Fee

Additional fee charged to the seller when the actual shipping cost billed by the courier exceeds the amount collected at checkout. This discrepancy is due to differences between the declared and actual weight or volume of the package

RTS Fee

A charge applied when an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, customer refusal, or incorrect shipping details

Refund Fee

Fixed fee charged when processing a refund request for a canceled order

Consolidated Statement of Account (SOA) Service Fee

For sellers who need a single SOA that covers two or more payouts. Deducted on the next payout.

Change of URL Service Fee

For sellers who have already used their free URL change and want to update it again. Deducted on the next payout

₱50 per change request
