How can I know the status of my order?
Each Enstack order comes with its own tracking link so you can stay in the know as to where your orders are.
For orders using integrated shipping options like Same Day Shipping and Standard Shipping, our partner couriers update the status of the delivery automatically.
Enstack's Tracking Link
With the Enstack Tracking link, you should be able to see all the details of your order, including:
- Your order and tracking IDs
- Your chosen shipping type
- Where your order is shipping from (city and province only to respect the privacy of the store)
- Status journey so you know what the status of your order is, as well as the last time it was updated
- The summary of your order, with your ordered items and respective amounts
- Delivery information (city and province only to respect your own privacy)
