How can I update the delivery status of an order?
The status of an order can be updated at any time by going to the Ship Center tool and following the steps below:
1. Tap on the order you want to update.
2. Tap 'Update Status' on the upper-right hand side.
3. Select the new status of the order:
Pending - Order needs to be prepared.
For Pick-Up - Waiting for courier to pick up the order.
Picked Up - Order has been picked up by courier.
In Transit - Order is with the courier and is on the way to your buyer.
Delivered - Order has been delivered.
Rejected - Buyer has refused to accept the order.
Failed - Failed to deliver the order.
Only orders marked as 'Delivered' are recorded in your Shop Balance (in the Accounting page).
We recommend that you update the status of completed orders as soon as possible, in order for your income to be properly recorded on Enstack.
