How can I update the delivery status of an order?

If your order does not make use of Integrated Shipping (e.g. Same Day or Standard Shipping):

You may update the status of your order at any time by going to All Orders and following the steps below:

1. Tap on the order you want to update
2. Tap the current status on the upper-right side
3. Select the new status of the order
  • Pending - Order needs to be prepared

  • Ready to Ship - Order has been prepared and is waiting to be picked up/shipped

  • In Transit - Order is on the way to your buyer

  • Delivered - Order has been successfully completed

We recommend that you update the status of completed orders as soon as possible, in order for your income to be properly recorded on Enstack.

If your order uses Enstack's Integrated Shipping:

Your order status will automatically update it based on the status of the courier's delivery.
You don't need to do anything but wait for your order to be successfully delivered.
  • Pending - Order needs to be prepared

  • Ready to Ship - Order has been prepared and is waiting to be picked up/shipped

  • In Transit - Order is on the way to your buyer

  • Delivered - Order has been successfully completed

  • Rejected - Buyer has refused to accept the order.

  • Failed - Failed to deliver the order.
