How can I update the delivery status of an order?

The status of an order can be updated at any time by going to the Ship Center tool and following the steps below:

1. Tap on the order you want to update.
2. Tap 'Update Status' on the upper-right hand side.
3. Select the new status of the order:
  • Pending - Order needs to be prepared.

  • For Pick-Up - Waiting for courier to pick up the order.

  • Picked Up - Order has been picked up by courier.

  • In Transit - Order is with the courier and is on the way to your buyer.

  • Delivered - Order has been delivered.

  • Rejected - Buyer has refused to accept the order.

  • Failed - Failed to deliver the order.


Note:

  • Only orders marked as 'Delivered' are recorded in your Shop Balance (in the Accounting page).

  • We recommend that you update the status of completed orders as soon as possible, in order for your income to be properly recorded on Enstack.
