How do I add a new product?
To add a new product to your Enstack shop, follow these steps:
Product Name* - The name of your product
Product Description - Provide information or a description of your product
Product Images - Upload up to5 images of your product
Product Images - Upload up to5 images of your product
Category *- Choose the closest category that your product falls under or type your own category
Price (PHP)* - Retail product price
Sale Price (PHP) - This is a discounted price or the price that your customers will be charged when they check it out
Quantity* - Available stocks
Cost (PHP) - Cost of goods sold (Puhunan)
Variations
Variation - This allows you to create sub-SKUs for any variations that fall under your parent SKU (e.g. colors, sizes, pack sizes, etc.)
Quantity - Available stocks per variation
Price (PHP) - Retail price
Cost (PHP) - Cost of goods sold (Puhunan)
Shipping Information
Weight* - Item weight including packaging. This is needed to calculate the shipping cost for your customer.
Dimensions in centimeters (cm) - Total packaged dimensions of your product (must be packaged in full, including any bubble wrap, foam, pouches, or boxes used to protect the product)
*Mandatory field
There should be at least 1 product with quantity on your Enstack app for your Web Store and Chat Store to work properly.
If you are not seeing this screen, you may need to update your app in Google Play and Apps Store with the latest version.
