How do I book Same Day Shipping orders for pickup?

Booking a rider for your orders using Same Day Shipping is as simple as tapping a button.

Before doing so, however, make sure your item is packed and ready to avoid any issues during pickup. Tapping Book Pickup will immediately send a request to the courier for pickup and a rider may accept the order within minutes.

When booked, your order status will change to Finding Rider while the courier assigns a rider to your order.

Once assigned and accepted, your order status will change to For Courier Pickup.

There is no need to print any documents but please make sure your items are packed securely and are placed in a bag/pouch/box for easy handling.
