How do I check out from an Enstack Web Store?

Checking out is easy and familiar on Enstack Web Stores.


The Enstack checkout form comprises of 8 main sections:

  1. Customer Information

  2. Mode of Collection

  3. Delivery Address, if the order is for Delivery

  4. Pickup Address, if the order is for Pickup

  5. Payment Method

  6. Shipping Method

  7. Voucher Code

  8. Notes

I. Customer Information

Fill in your customer information completely so that the seller and couriers know how to reach you

II. Mode of Collection

Choose whether your order is for Delivery or for Pickup

If Delivery, you will see Section III, Delivery address.
If you select for PIckup, you will see Section IV instead, displaying the pickup location of the seller.

III. Delivery Address

We’ve made typing in your delivery address faster and simpler.

When you select Delivery as your Mode of Collection, you just need to do the following to complete your delivery address:

  1. Search and select the barangay of your delivery address

  2. Type in your Street Address and tap Continue

  3. Set your pin location exactly where your delivery address is

  4. Select either Use Entry or Use Pin

    1. Use Entry will keep your Street Address information

    2. Use Pin will replace your street address with the Google Maps result





Note: If you're unable to find your Barangay when searching, don't worry—you can try searching for your City instead. Both Barangay and City are searchable fields, so if your specific Barangay isn’t listed, the system might still recognize your location based on the City.

This new way of typing in your address saves you time so you can complete your checkout faster.


IV. Pickup Address

When you select Pickup as your Mode of Collection, you will be able to see the seller’s address as well as pin location on Google Maps so you know where to pick your order up, whether in-person or via booking your own pickup.

V. Payment Method

Choose between Cash, Credit/Debit Card, GCash, GrabPay, Maya, BPI (Direct Debit), and UnionBank (Direct Debit) as your payment method. (applicable transaction fees apply)

If you do not see one or more of the payment methods listed above, it may mean that the seller has opted not to offer that method of payment on their Web Store.

VI. Shipping Method

Once you’ve selected your payment method, the system will compute for applicable shipping fees for each shipping method. You may need to wait a few moments for the rates to completely update with accurate shipping fees based on your order contents, order amount, delivery address, and selected payment method.

If any method shows up as “Unserviceable”, it means that no courier for that shipping method is able to deliver to your address.

VII. Voucher Code

Apply any applicable voucher codes here.

VIII. Notes

Place any special instructions for your merchant and courier, if any.


Once all required fields have been completed, tap Complete Order to finalize your order.

If you selected a non-cash payment method, you will be redirected to your payment link to complete your payment. If you selected Cash, you will be redirected to your order’s tracking page.


The seller will be notified of your new order. Just sit tight and wait for your order to be prepared.
