How do I checkout an order in Cashier?

One big change that we’ve made is to make it easier to type in your delivery address and select your pin location. See the section on Delivery Address to learn more about the new way to type in your address.

The Enstack checkout form comprises of 8 main sections:
  1. Mode of Collection
  2. Delivery Address, if the order is for Delivery
  3. Pickup Address, if the order is for Pickup
  4. Payment Method
  5. Shipping Method
  6. Customer Information
  7. Voucher Code
  8. Notes

I. Mode of Collection

Choose whether your order is for Delivery or for Pickup
  1. If Delivery, you will see Section II, Delivery address.
  2. If you select for Pickup, you will see Section III instead, displaying the pickup location of the seller.



II. Delivery Address

When you select Delivery as your Mode of Collection, you just need to do the following to complete your delivery address:

  1. Search and select the Province, City and Barangay of your delivery address.

  2. Type in your Street Address and tap Pin Location.

  3. Check if the Pinned location is correct and if not, point the pin to the exact delivery exactly where your delivery address is.

  4. Click Confirm Pinned Location once you locate your delivery address.








III. Pickup Address

When you select Pickup as your Mode of Collection, you will be able to see your address as well as your pin location on Google Maps.



IV. Payment Method

Choose between Cash, Credit/Debit Card, GCash, GrabPay, Maya, BPI (Direct Debit), and UnionBank (Direct Debit) as your payment method. (applicable transaction fees apply)



V. Shipping Method

Once you’ve selected your payment method, the system will compute for applicable shipping fees for each shipping method.
You may need to wait a few moments for the rates to completely update with accurate shipping fees based on your order contents, order amount, delivery address, and selected payment method.

If any method shows up as “Unserviceable”, it means that no courier for that shipping method is able to deliver to your address.

VI. Customer Information

Fill in your customer information completely so that the couriers know how to reach you.



VII. Voucher Code

Apply any applicable voucher codes here.


VIII. Notes

Place any special instructions for your courier, if any.



Once all required fields have been completed, tap Complete Order to finalize your order.
