With the Mass Edit feature, you can update the quantity, price, and sale price of multiple products at once by using a CSV file.
Follow these steps to access the Mass Edit section of the app:
I. Tap the "+" button in the Inventory page
II. Select Mass Edit from the available options
III. In the Mass Edit page, click on the Mass Edit Template card to download the CSV file to your device
Open the CSV file and fill in the editable fields, such as Quantity, Price, and Sale Price.
Sample template:
Do not edit the SKU number, Product Name, or Category fields, as making changes to these fields will cause an upload error.
IV. Once you’re done editing, click “Start mass edit”
V. Upload the edited CSV file
VI. Tap Submit to save your changes
How do I check the status of my upload?
After uploading your CSV file, you can check the status in the records. This will indicate if it’s Processing, Failed, or Completed.
What if my upload fails?
If your upload fails, the status will show as Failed. You can click on the file name for more details and make the necessary corrections before re-uploading.
