To enable Scheduled Orders, follow these steps:
I. On your Home page, tap My Account
II. Navigate to the Shipping Settings section
III. Scroll down to Scheduled Orders and toggle the "Choose Delivery/Pickup Date" to enable the feature
IV. A pop-up will prompt you to review information regarding possible additional shipping costs for Same-Day shipping. Tap Continue to confirm enabling the feature
V. Tap Save to apply your changes
Once enabled, buyers can select their preferred shipping dates during checkout. You can view scheduled orders in the Order Summary, where the shipping option (ASAP or Schedule Shipping) and the selected date/time will be displayed. Additionally, you can filter your Scheduled Orders on the All Orders page by clicking the clock icon.
How do I place a scheduled order?
To place a scheduled order, follow these steps during checkout:
When selecting a shipping option, you will see two choices: "ASAP" or "Later".
ASAP: Your order will be shipped as soon as possible.
Later: You will be able to schedule your preferred delivery date and time.
If you choose "Later", a date and time picker will appear. You can select the date and time that works best for you.
How will I be reminded of upcoming shipments and how are shipping fees adjusted?
You will receive app notification one day before the scheduled delivery and pick-up orders. For Same-Day Scheduled Orders, if the actual shipping fee increases on the delivery date, the difference will be automatically charged to you and deducted from the sale amount. The available time slots for buyers are based on your set business hours, ensuring they can only choose delivery times within those hours.
