How do I mark a product as a Digital Product or Service?
You can now easily mark products as Digital Products/Services, simplifying the checkout process for items that don’t require shipping, such as e-books, online services, or downloadable content.
Why is this helpful?
If buyer attempt to choose a shipping method for these products, an error message will inform them:
"Your order contains a service or digital item that doesn’t require shipping."
This ensures there’s no confusion about shipping options for digital goods.
To mark a product as a Digital Product/Service:
I. On Home page, go to Inventory
II. Tap the + button to create a new product or select an existing one
III. Add your product details, and when you reach the Shipping Information section, check the box labeled Digital Products/Services next to the shipping dimensions
IV. Once you've completed the product information, tap Save to apply the changes
