How do I measure my products weight and dimensions?

Your products’ weights and dimensions must be measured within its intended packaging (bubble wrap and outer box included, if applicable). This will help you avoid the risk of being charged shipping fee adjustments because of inaccurate weight and dimensions.

For weight, just place your item on a weighing scale and measure it in kilograms.

For dimensions, imagine your item is in a cube and measure that imagined cube.

If your item is irregularly shaped, you should still measure it based on an imaginary box that your item is contained within.
