How do I navigate and use All Orders?
Your All Orders page shows you all the orders you have created or received on Enstack, along with its complete details and status. This means any order created with Cashier, Web Store, and Chat Store will show up in All Orders.
This is the one place you want to check on frequently to make sure you’re fulfilling and completing orders as they come in.
With All Orders, you should be able to do the following:
Filter orders by status
Filter orders by date
Search orders by order ID or buyer name
Download data and documents about your orders like:
Air Waybills
Invoices
CSV download of your order data
Filtering orders by status
Feel free to explore the page by tapping on its different parts to learn more, but one of the best features of this page is the ability to filter by status.
Status filters show you how many orders you still have for each status. Tapping on a status shortens the list of your orders to those with the specific status, allowing you to focus on a specific task.
For example:
If you’re ready to book orders, Tap the To Book status to see orders that have not yet been booked for pickup
If you have have many For Payment orders, tap the status to see the specific orders and follow up payment with your buyers
Your ultimate goal as a merchant is to make sure all your orders get Delivered so you can earn more. Only Delivered orders are counted and remitted during remittance days.
