How to use QRPh as a payment option?

QRPh is a new QR-based payment option available for merchants on the Advanced Tier, automatically added alongside e-wallet and direct debit payments. It allows customers to pay by scanning a QR code using any e-wallet or mobile banking app partnered with QRPh.

Why Use QRPh?

QRPh offers a fast, secure, and highly flexible payment method. Unlike direct payment links, QRPh generates a QR code that can be scanned by any partnered e-wallet or mobile banking app. This flexibility is especially helpful if a payment attempt fails on one app; you can simply scan the QR with another e-wallet or banking app without needing a new payment link. QRPh ensures a smoother, hassle-free payment experience for both you and your customers.

Using QRPh at Checkout

I. Checkout an order and select QRPh as a payment under non-cash payment methods in both cashier and web store.

II. Complete your order.

III. After completing your order, a QR code will appear on the payment page. Scan it to pay.

      To pay your order:
  1. Open your e-wallet or mobile banking app and scan the QRPh code or upload it from the app's gallery.
  2. Make sure your app is partnered with QRPh. For the latest list of partner apps, check here.

Info
QR codes are valid for 15 minutes only. If the code expires, you will need to create a new order to generate a new QR code.
