Can I export my Product Report?

With Enstack's Product Report feature, not only can you view your sales by product at a glance, but you can download the data in case you need more granular information.

To do so, simply tap the Export button on the Product Report page.

The downloaded data will only include the data you filtered on screen. For example if you have "This Month" filtered, you will only see month-to-date data at the time of the download.

You will download a CSV file that you can open with any spreadsheet program (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and you will see a table similar to the one below.

These are the fields that will be included in your downloaded data:

Order ID	The unique ID of your Enstack Order	ABCDE12345
Product Created At	When the Product was first added to your inventory. Follows the format: m/d/yyyy hh:mm:ss	12/23/2023 14:22:02
Product Name	The name of the main product	Pepperoni Pizza
Variant Name	The name of the variation	12-Inch
Quantity	Quantity Sold for that order	5
Product Price	The current full price of that product, in Philippine Pesos	700
Paid Price	How much the customer paid for that product, in Philippine Pesos For example, if a sales price is used	350
Total Product Sales	How much the buyer paid in total for the product (paid price x quantity), in Philippine Pesos	2,100.00
