The returned parcel is damaged, how can I request for a refund?

Parcels damaged during shipment should be reported immediately to us within 7 days of delivery.

A supporting document or proof of damage is needed in filing a claim such as photo or video showing the item/s condition and packaging prior to shipment and the current condition of the parcel.
