What are the Restricted Items?
Restricted items are permitted for sale on Enstack platform but are subject to specific conditions or limitations. These conditions may vary depending on the platform and the nature of the items. Additionally, Restricted items are those that may contain unsafe substances that can cause adverse effects to the consumer. For instance, certain products may be subject to age restrictions, legal obligations, or particular sale guidelines.

In accordance with Republic Act No. 11900, otherwise known as the “Vaporized Nicotine and Non-Nicotine Products Regulation Act” or the “Vape Law,” all vaporized nicotine and non-nicotine products offered on Enstack must comply with the following requirements:
Required Business documents:
- DTI product certification (PS/ICC mark)
- Mayor's Permit
- BIR 2303
- SEC for Corporations and Partnerships
- Import/FDA clearances if applicable
Webstore requirements:
- Proper labeling with health warnings
- With product image
Please note that non-compliance may lead to the removal of your listings and temporary suspension of your account.
