What are Variations?

Variations are products that are grouped together under one main product. This can be used if a number of products are closely associated with each other, like by size or style.

You may opt to define different prices, sale prices, and quantities for each of your variations that takes the place of the main product price.

Some examples:

  1. Main Product: Pearl Milk Tea
    Variations: Small, Medium, Large

  2. Main Product: Crew Neck T-Shirt
Variations: Blue, Red, Brown, Black, White, Green

  3. Main Product: 3-Night Stay at Maharlika Cabin
Variations: Pool View, Garden View, Beach View

These variations will be displayed on your inventory as [product name] - [variation name].

Examples: Pearl Milk Tea - Small, Pearl Milk Tea - Medium, Pearl Milk Tea, Large

There is no limit to the number of variations you can create for each product. Just keep in mind that the more variations the product has, the less appealing it will appear on your Web Store. We recommend keeping the number of variations of a product down to 3 - 5, if possible.
