What do I do if my pickup address is unserviceable?

If the app says that your pickup address is unserviceable, or that same day shipping and/or standard shipping are unavailable, this means that none of our partner couriers will be able to pick up from your address.

If this happens, we apologize for the inconvenience, Enstack is working on finding more partner couriers to expand our serviceable areas.

You will still be able to use Enstack to transact, create orders, and create non-cash payment links and invoices, it is only Same Day Shipping and Standard Shipping that are unavailable for your store.

We recommend the following in case your pickup address is unserviceable:
You can still use Enstack to transact but opt to offer just Customer Pickup and Own Shipping

Pro tip: Use Own Shipping and book deliveries outside of Enstack while using Enstack’s invoice and non-cash payments for easy processing of payments
If you have another pickup address closer to urban areas, you may shift your fulfillment there.
