Starting September 1, 2026, Enstack will begin counting your qualified transactions made through:
Debit/Credit Card
BillEase
GGives/GCredit
Process at least ₱5,000 in net qualified transactions each month using Debit/Credit Card, BillEase, and GGives/GCredit to avoid the ₱5,000 monthly Access Fee.
If your net qualified transactions do not reach ₱5,000 by September 30, the ₱5,000 Access Fee will be charged on October 1. If the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday, the charge will be made on the next business day.
This qualification process will repeat every month.
The Access Fee is ₱5,000 per month for access to the covered payment options.
You can avoid the fee by processing at least ₱5,000 worth of qualified transactions within the month using any combination of:
Debit/Credit Card
BillEase
GGives/GCredit
You do not need to transact ₱5,000 using each payment option separately. Transactions across the covered payment options are added together.
For September:
Qualification period: September 1–30, 2026
Required net qualified transactions: At least ₱5,000
Access Fee if requirement is not met: ₱5,000
Charge date: October 1, 2026, or the next business day if October 1 falls on a weekend or holiday
Due date: 5 business days after the charge date, October 8
From September 1 to 30, you process:
Debit/Credit Card: ₱5,500
BillEase: ₱0
GGives/GCredit: ₱0
Total qualified transactions: ₱5,500
You reached the ₱5,000 requirement.
Access Fee: ₱0
From September 1 to 30, you process:
Debit/Credit Card: ₱2,000
BillEase: ₱2,000
GGives/GCredit: ₱1,500
Total qualified transactions: ₱5,500
You reached the ₱5,000 requirement.
Access Fee: ₱0
From September 1 to 30, you process:
Debit/Credit Card: ₱2,000
BillEase: ₱1,000
GGives/GCredit: ₱500
Total qualified transactions: ₱3,500
You did not reach the ₱5,000 requirement.
Access Fee: ₱5,000, charged on October 1.
Example 4: You reached ₱5,000 before refunds, but your net transactions fell below the requirement
During the month, you process ₱6,000 in qualified transactions.
Within the same calendar month, ₱5,000 is refunded.
Total qualified transactions: ₱6,000
Less refunds: ₱5,000
Net qualified transactions: ₱1,000
Because the monthly requirement is based on net qualified transactions, you did not reach the ₱5,000 minimum.
Access Fee: ₱5,000, charged on October 1
If you do not want Debit/Credit Card, BillEase, and GGives/GCredit activated on your Enstack account, let us know as soon as possible.
Contact us at hi@enstack.com to request that the affected payment options not be activated.
Only successful transactions made through the following payment options count:
Debit/Credit Card
BillEase
GGives/GCredit
The ₱5,000 minimum is based on your net qualified transactions for the calendar month.
Refunds, reversals, cancellations, and failed transactions do not count toward the minimum.
For example, if you process ₱6,000 in qualified transactions but ₱5,000 is refunded within the same calendar month, your net qualified transactions are ₱1,000. You would still be charged the Access Fee.
No. Your transactions across Debit/Credit Card, BillEase, and GGives/GCredit are combined.
For example, if you process ₱3,000 through Debit/Credit Card and ₱2,000 through BillEase within the month, you have already reached the ₱5,000 requirement.
You will not be charged the ₱5,000 Access Fee for that month.
For September, you need to reach the requirement between September 1 and September 30. This applies every month afterwards.
Your qualified transactions are counted for each calendar month. If your net qualified transactions are below ₱5,000 at the end of the month, the ₱5,000 Access Fee will be charged on the 1st of the following month.
If the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday, the charge will move to the next business day. Payment is due 5 business days after the charge date.
For example, September 1–30 transactions are assessed for an October 1 charge.
Yes. The Access Fee qualification is monthly.
Your qualified transaction total resets for the next month’s qualification period, so you need to reach at least ₱5,000 in qualified transactions each month to avoid that month’s Access Fee.
No. Reaching ₱5,000 means you will not be charged the Access Fee for that month.
The qualification process repeats every month.
No. The intended policy is one ₱5,000 monthly Access Fee covering the affected payment options, rather than a separate ₱5,000 fee for Debit/Credit Card, another for BillEase, and another for GGives/GCredit.
Yes. All qualified transactions across the three covered payment options count toward the same ₱5,000 monthly requirement.

Yes. You can request to activate Debit/Credit Card, BillEase, and GGives/GCredit at any time.
Once activated, the monthly Access Fee rules will apply. You will need to process at least ₱5,000 in qualified transactions within the applicable month to avoid the ₱5,000 Access Fee for that month.
If you do not reach ₱5,000 in qualified transactions, the Access Fee will be charged.
Yes. The ₱5,000 monthly requirement determines whether the Access Fee is charged. It does not remove the transaction or service fees that normally apply when customers use these payment options.
For the latest rates, refer to the Enstack List of Fees.
The first qualification period is September 1 to 30, 2026.
If your net qualified transactions during that period are below ₱5,000, the Access Fee will be charged on October 1, 2026.
If October 1 falls on a weekend or holiday, the charge will move to the next business day. The fee will be due 5 business days after the charge date.
This process repeats every month after that.
