What is Pick and Pack List, and how does it work?

You can now download a Pick and Pack List to enhance your order fulfillment process and make it more efficient! 

A Pick List helps you gather all the items needed for multiple orders in one go. Instead of going back and forth, you can see a combined list of all the items from all the orders that need to be packed.

Pick List Example:
You have two orders to prepare:
  • Order A includes:
    • 2 notebooks
    • 3 pens
  • Order B includes:
    • 1 notebook
    • 1 pack of markers
Instead of checking each order separately, you create a Pick List to collect everything at once. The Pick List will combine the items from both orders like this:
  • 3 notebooks (2 from Order A + 1 from Order B)
  • 3 pens (from Order A)
  • 1 pack of markers (from Order B)



A Pack List is specific to each order and ensures that the right items go into the right package. It breaks down exactly what each customer ordered so you can pack their items correctly.
Pack List Example:
After collecting all the items, here’s what you need to pack:
  • Pack List for Order A:
    • 2 notebooks
    • 3 pens
  • Pack List for Order B:
    • 1 notebook
    • 1 pack of markers

To download Pick and Pack Lists, follow these steps:

I. From the homepage, click All Orders



II. In the All Orders view, tap the download icon located next to the search button



III. Select either the Pick List or Pack List option based on what you need
  1. Pick List: Downloadable as a CSV file.
  2. Pack List: Downloadable in both CSV and PDF formats.


IV. Tap the circle button to select individual orders, or select all orders by tapping the circle button at the top of the list



V. Tap the Download button to generate your selected list



VI. Wait for your file to download
