What is Return-to-Seller (RTS) fee?

Return-to-Seller (RTS)
update as of January 4, 2024

Return-to-Seller (RTS) is a case where an order has been picked up by the courier from the merchant but will need to be returned back to the merchant.

There are different reasons for RTS cases but not limited to the following:

- Incorrect address provided by the buyer
- Requested for cancellation by the buyer
- Order refused by buyer upon delivery
- Buyer was unavailable to receive the order after 2 delivery attempts

The shipping fee for Return-to-Seller (RTS) orders will be automatically deducted from the merchant's wallet in Enstack. These deductions will cover the expense made from attempting to deliver the order to the buyer and delivery back to the merchant.

The Return-to-Seller (RTS) deduction will be deducted every Tuesdays and Fridays. The RTS fee will reflect as Enstack Adjustment in your wallet as shown in the image below.
