What is the difference between Cash on Pickup and Cash on Delivery?

With this feature, you can now toggle cash payment options separately for Delivery (Standard Delivery, Same Day Delivery, Own Shipping) and Pickup (Buyer Pickup) orders:

1. Cash on Delivery: Controls cash payment availability for delivery orders.
   
2. Cash on Pickup: Controls cash payment availability for customer pickup orders.
   

You have the flexibility to manage cash payments separately for Pickup and Delivery orders, enabling cash for one while disabling it for the other.

Disabling "Cash on Pickup" hides cash as a payment option for store pickups, while disabling "Cash on Delivery" hides cash payment for all delivery options. This setting only affects cash payments, so other payment methods like online payments or bank transfers will remain available according to your payment settings.

To manage your cash payment options:

I. On your home page, navigate to My Account

 

II. Once you're on My Account under Store Settings, tap Payments.

III. Toggle 'Cash on Pickup' and 'Cash on Delivery' on or off depending on your preference

IV. Tap Save to save your changes

By customizing these settings, you can offer your customers the payment methods that best suit your business needs and ensure smoother transactions for both deliveries and pickups.
