What is the To-Do List?

The to-do list on your Home Page shows you your most urgent tasks at hand. As merchants, the most important thing to do is to make sure we complete all our buyers’ orders. With this in mind, your to-do list focuses on your open orders, and groups them by the next task that you need to do to move them along.

# of orders to book

This card shows you the number of pending orders that you have that you can book for pickup. This includes paid non-cash orders and COD orders using the shipping options Same Day Shipping, Standard Shipping, and Own Shipping.

Tapping this card will bring you to All Orders with the To Book status filter selected so you can quickly tap to book the displayed orders for pickup.

# of orders to ship

This shows you orders that have been booked for pickup (orders with the status For Courier Pickup). Make sure these orders are packed and ready to hand over the riders when they arrive.

# air waybills to print

This brings you to the Print Air Waybill part of your app which shows you your Standard Shipping orders with the status For Courier Pickup. These are orders that have been scheduled for pickup already.

Tap the card to quickly see all these orders and print the waybills easily and quickly.
