What is Wallet?

Your Enstack Wallet is where you can keep track of your earnings with Enstack, and how much Enstack has remitted to your bank account since you created an account.

Only orders making use of integrated shipping (Same Day Shipping or Standard Shipping) and/or integrated payments (non-cash, credit card payments) count towards your Wallet balance. Non-integrated orders are not included because the payments do not get handled by Enstack or its affiliated partners.

To access your Wallet, just scroll down to the wallet section of your home page and tap See Details.

Your Wallet contains all transactions that affect your balance and withdrawals, including:

Sales

Contains details about your completed, integrated orders on Enstack. Does not include non-integrated orders like Cash-Customer Pickup or Cash-Own Shipping because the payment does not pass through Enstack.

Automated Withdrawals

Automated Withdrawal entries are generated every Monday and Thursday. It shows you the total of your earnings during the previous period in between Withdrawals. The amount shown will be the amount credited to your bank account the next day.

Note: Withdrawals may take up to 3 business days to reflect in your bank account because of bank processing time.

Enstack Adjustments

Enstack Adjustments are charges to your Wallet for various reasons, the most common being significant discrepancies in shipping fee caused by the inaccurate weight and dimensions of your products.

Shipping fees on Enstack are computed based on your products dimensions and weight as well as the pickup and delivery addresses. If your products are not measured accurately, it can lead to significant discrepancies which Enstack will be deducting from your Wallet balance.
