Once the parcel is tagged for RTS (Return to Sender), the seller is expected to receive the parcel.

Please be reminded that the courier will only ship back the parcel if the buyer failed to receive the parcel after 2 delivery attempts or if the buyer decided to reject the order upon delivery.
