You may find that your livestream is not showing up on your Web Store. If you encounter this issue, this means that your livestream link is not valid or is not updated.

Make sure that you copy the direct livestream link on Facebook and not just your Facebook page link and save it in your Online Stores settings every time you go live.

Note: Your livestream link changes with every stream so make sure you update it every time you go live.
