Why is my Web Store and Chat Store restricted to visitors 18+ only?
If your Web Store is suddenly asking visitors to confirm their age, it means that our moderators have identified that your store contains, one or more of the following:
This means that only visitors that are 18 years old and up should be able to visit your Web Store.
If you believe this has been done in error or if you have removed the offending products and language, please reach out to us at hi@enstack.com to get the restriction removed.
