Can I create my own custom invoice numbers?

You can define and include your own invoice numbers for your own purposes.

To do so, follow these steps:
  1. Head to Online Stores
  2. Scroll down to the Invoices section
  3. Turn the toggle for Add Invoice Number on, and
  4. Set your own custom invoice sequence number (i.e. ENSTK001)
  5. Scroll to the bottom and tap Save to save your changes
Once, saved, you should be able to see a generated invoice number for every Delivered order and the number will increase for each order.
This number will appear when you print the invoice of the order and when you download your order data

Take note that the invoice number only gets generated when an order is tagged as Delivered.



In case you want to reset or change the invoice number structure, simply repeat the steps above.

This feature is useful when:
  1. Staying organized when fulfilling multiple orders (instead of using the Order ID which is more random)
  2. Easier reconciliation of orders and payments
  3. Share these with your buyers to use as reference when they pick up their orders.
