Can I send my customers a confirmation of their order?

Enstack will send an email, if available, to your customer for every order that is confirmed.

To confirm an order, your customer simply has to:

  1. Pay for their order successfully for non-cash orders

  2. All COD orders


This confirmation email will contain all the details of their order for their reference, including:

  1. Tracking link for Integrated Shipping (know more about Integrated Shipping here) orders

  2. Item/s ordered

  3. Order totals

  4. Order notes, if any

  5. Customer Details



If your customer did not share their email address, they will not be sent an automated email. You can still share the details of their order by copying and sharing their Invoice Link from the order’s details.
