How to activate Card Payments in my webstore?

Card Payments is a feature that enables accepting payments through credit and debit cards on merchants' webstores. Activating Card Payments may increase your sales. Note that Card Payments are only available for Verified Accounts.  

To activate your Card Payments, simply follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your Enstack App
  2. Tap “Payments” on your homepage
  3. Toggle on “Card Payments”
  4. Read and sign the Card Agreement
Here are the requirements based on the entity type of your business.

Individual
  • None
Sole Proprietor
  • DTI Certificate of Registration
Partnerships
  • One (1) primary ID or Two (2) secondary IDs of the authorized representative (upon onboarding)
  • SEC Certificate of Registration
  • Articles of Partnership
  • Notarized Partnership Certificate granting authority to the authorized representative
Corporation (Stock)
  • One (1) primary ID or Two (2) secondary IDs of the authorized representative (upon onboarding)
  • SEC Registration Certificate
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Latest General Information Sheet
  • Notarized Secretary’s Certificate granting authority to the authorized representative
Corporation (Non Stock)
  • One (1) primary ID or Two (2) secondary IDs of the authorized representative (upon onboarding)
  • SEC Registration Certificate
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Latest General Information Sheet
  • Notarized Secretary’s Certificate granting authority to the authorized representative
  • Either one of the following:
    • Income Tax Return Latest Audited Financial Statements
    • Philippine Council for NGO Certification
    • SEC Mandatory Disclosure Form
OPC
  • SEC Registration Certificate
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • One (1)  primary ID or Two (2) secondary IDs of the authorized representative
  • Notarized Secretary’s Certificate
  • BIR 2303

Also, here are the steps to increase your chances of getting approved: 

  • Upload your products and services with a complete description
  • Link your business social media page in the Enstack App

Note that Card Payments are subject to review and approval, which can take up to 10 business days from the date all documents are submitted. Depending on the verification, additional documents may be required. 
If no documents are submitted to hi@enstack.com within 30 calendar days from the application date, Enstack reserves the right to deny the application. You may re-apply anytime and ensure to accomplish all necessary documents.
