What is Return-to-Sender (RTS) fee?

Effective January 15, 2026, Return-to-Seller (RTS) refers to the orders that have been successfully picked up by the courier from the seller but could not be delivered to the buyer and are subsequently returned to the seller.

There are different reasons for RTS cases but not limited to the following:

- Incorrect, incomplete, or invalid delivery address provided by the buyer

- Cancellation request made by the buyer after order has been picked up

- Order refused by the buyer upon delivery

- Buyer was unavailable to receive the order after 3 delivery attempts

RTS Fee Computation

The Return-to-Seller (RTS) fee is calculated based on the total shipping costs incurred for the return. This is equivalent to the shipping fee computed upon checkout + PHP 60 multiplied by 1.5, and rounded up to the nearest peso. These deductions cover the costs incurred from attempting to deliver the order to the buyer and returning the parcel to the seller. RTS deductions are applied only upon the successful return of the parcel to the seller.

Please note that if a voucher code or promotional discount was applied to the initial shipping cost, the RTS fee will still be computed based on the original shipping fee, excluding any discounts applied. Return-to-Seller (RTS) fees are automatically deducted from the seller’s Enstack Wallet every Tuesday and Friday and will appear in the wallet transaction history as “Enstack Adjustment.” The shipping fee for Return-to-Seller (RTS) orders will be automatically deducted from the seller's wallet in Enstack.

Below is the sample RTS Fee computation:

Seller address: Metro Manila

Buyer address: Metro Manila

Item price: P1,000

Chargeable weight: 1 kg

Shipping Fee (based on above): P50

RTS Fee = (Shipping Fee + P60) x 1.5, rounded up to the nearest peso:

(P50 + P60) x 1.5 = P165
