Pickup Assurance Incentive
We know delays can disrupt your business, so we’re making sure you’re covered. With the Pickup Assurance Incentive, you get compensated whenever couriers fail to pick up your orders on time.
Here’s how it works:
₱30 for every day of delay
Whenever a courier fails to pick up your Standard Shipping order within the 2-day Service Level Agreement (SLA), you’ll receive ₱30 per day for every failed pickup. This ensures you’re compensated for the inconvenience caused by courier delays.
Only for Standard Shipping orders
The Pickup Assurance Incentive applies exclusively to Standard Shipping orders, making it easier to track which orders are eligible and ensuring fair coverage across all merchants.
Courier-related delays only
You’ll receive compensation only when the pickup delay is caused by the courier’s fault. Situations outside our control such as natural disasters, severe weather, or other fortuitous events are not covered under this program.
Automatic Payout
No forms, no follow-ups. The ₱30/day incentive will be automatically added to your next payout.
Starting October 1, 2025
All Standard Shipping orders created on or after October 1, 2025, will be covered by the Pickup Assurance Incentive. Orders created before this date are not eligible.
