Can I cancel orders?
You can cancel your orders depending on its type and status.
For orders using non-integrated shipping:
You can cancel the order as long as it has not yet been completed. Make sure to select the appropriate reason for cancellation before confirming it.
For orders using integrated shipping:
You will be able to cancel the order up until you have booked it for pickup.
Once your order has been booked for pickup by the assigned courier, you will not be able to cancel the order anymore.
