When will my remittance be transferred to me?
Enstack will transfer remittance depending on the customer's payment options. Processing is every Tuesday and Friday but crediting may take up to 3 business days depending on the bank.
Below is the list of remittance dates based on the payment options:
*For Credit / Debit Card transactions, please be advised that we will initiate the remittance to the next available cut-off upon reflection of customer's payment in our account. Processing time of the customer's payment to our account may take up to 7 banking days.
Orders paid with a credit card will now appear as Pending until the payment is fully settled.

If remittance date falls on a holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
