A 9.5% Confirm & Complete (C&C) Fee will apply to all successfully completed orders starting January 15, 2026.
We’ve made fees simpler for easier tracking.
To help sellers better understand costs and forecast net revenue, we’ve simplified all checkout-related fees into a single Confirm & Complete (C&C) fee.
Instead of seeing multiple fee line items, all applicable checkout charges are now consolidated into one clear fee. This makes order summaries easier to read and removes the need to manually compute several deductions.
The Confirm & Complete Fee is automatically applied once an order is confirmed and completed—no action is required on your part.
How the Confirm & Complete Fee works
The fee is 9.5% per completed order
It applies only when an order is confirmed and completed
It replaces multiple checkout-related fees with one consolidated charge
The fee will be reflected clearly in your order breakdown and wallet
Sample scenario:
Instead of seeing several separate checkout-related fees deducted from an order, you’ll now see a single Confirm & Complete Fee reflected after order completion. This gives you a clearer view of your net earnings per order.
