March 2025 Shipping Updates
We’re always working to improve our services and better support your business. Starting March 1, 2025, we’re rolling out updates to make transactions smoother and fees more transparent. Here’s what’s changing:
2. COD handling fee Update – For Standard Shipping, the COD handling fee (3.5% or ₱25, whichever is higher) will now be listed separately as a Transaction Fee instead of being included in Shipping Fees. This is still charged to your buyer and does not increase the total amount your buyer pays, as this fee was previously included under shipping costs.
